2 Birds, 1 Stone- Prepare for Camp and Support Other Campers!

We know it’s hard to believe but camp is less than 2 months away and the final preparations are well underway!  Getting ready for camp is always fun; taking stock of what you have, busting out those duffle bags… all you need is a campfire, awesome counselors and the best cabinmates!  But along with all that excitement, the shopping and packing for camp can sometimes be quite daunting.

Fret not- we have 2 shopping events coming up! We are thrilled to let you know that you can kill two birds with one stone- shop for camp and help send a camper to Chi who could not afford it otherwise!  Camp Chi is pleased to introduce our preferred vendors for Camp: Uncle Dan’s and Ross Cosmetics in Highland Park. We will have 2 shopping events, on Thursday May 3 from 6pm-8pm and Sunday, May 6 from 4pm-6pm! Come by during those hours, get shopping help from camp veterans, see some of the Camp Chi staff, grab your camp gear and support a great cause.

Ross Cosmetics (625 Central Park, Highland Park) will be offering 4 hours of shopping just to the Camp Chi Family! Shop for duffle bags, clothing, stationary and more. Snack on refreshments and enjoy custom printing on site to turn any shirt into a Camp Chi shirt or personalize any item. Ross also offers a personal camp shopper experience, where their experienced staff will help you get all the camp essentials for a fun-filled summer.

Uncle Dan’s The Great Outdoor Store^* (621 Central Park, Highland Park), located just across from Ross, is pleased to offer Camp Chi families an opportunity to purchase any camp gear and clothing for the summer. During shopping event hours, all Chi families will receive 10% off their total purchase. Can’t make it to one of the shopping nights?
