Support EZRA’s Annual Toy Drive

By Camp Chi
Chi Does Good

We are just weeks away from Thanksgiving. And just a few short weeks later, Hanukkah begins. There is no doubt the holidays will be different this year, yet there is still so much to be thankful for. We know that not everyone is as fortunate as we are, and want to help others in our community celebrate the holidays.

We are teaming up with JCC Chicago to support EZRA’s annual toy drive for clients’ children, many of whom would not receive holiday gifts if not for this drive. As the Camp Chi Family, each of us has the responsibility to live by the core values of Camp Chi- kavod (respect), chesed (kindness) and kehillah (community)- all year. This year more than ever, there are families that are relying on the Camp Chi family to help out by truly living those values.

There are two ways to help and perform a mitzvah.

Option 1:  Select gifts from curated Amazon toy wish lists conveniently sorted into age categories.

  • Infant & Toddler
  • Elementary
  • Pre-Teen/Teen

Option 2: Donate funds to EZRA’s Toy Drive and EZRA will buy the toys for you.

The Dina and Eli Field EZRA Multi-Service Center is dedicated to Tikkun Olam, or “repairing the world,” and helping our community members live with dignity through advocacy and compassionate, collaborative care for those experiencing a crisis or isolation.
