NEW! The Lecker Family Outpost Village
In honor of Abraham and Minn Lecker
Thanks to the generosity of Lee and Lisa Bloom, we’ve raised $150,000 to name this new village.
In celebration of the Centennial summer, Camp Chi is committed to improving and growing camp by establishing a new outdoor adventure campus, the Outpost Village, in summer of 2022. This program will give campers a chance to reconnect outdoors, learn wilderness skills and develop a greater appreciation for earth’s finest gifts!
Camp Chi is grateful to be selected for the Foundation for Jewish Camp’s Competitive Edge challenge grant. This grant allows Camp Chi to create this new Outdoor Adventure Specialty Program for middle school students. All gifts in support of the Outpost Village will be matched 2:1 by the Foundation for Jewish Camp. Individual gift commitments over $10,000 may be fulfilled over a three-year period (through 2023) and will also be recognized by the Jewish United Fund Centennial Campaign.
Your gift will help establish the Outpost Village in 2022 and help ensure the vitality of Camp Chi and the strength of our community for another 100 years.
Thanks to the generosity of Lee and Lisa Bloom, we’ve raised $150,000 to name this new village.
Camp Chi alumni are vital to the Centennial celebration – give back to the place you call home and help grow Camp Chi! Join alumni in raising $200,000 to support The Lecker Family Outpost Village. You can also consider a sponsorship opportunity or give to scholarship. All gifts in support of the Outpost Village will be matched 2:1 by the Foundation for Jewish Camp. Make your gift today and your impact will be felt for decades to come!

At a special two-week session, campers will learn about the outdoors, participate in various outdoor adventure and activities such as orienteering, trail building, tent pitching, fire building, natural arts, and canoeing. Campers will live in yurts and cook outdoors all while experiencing the magic of Camp Chi. Plus, campers will experience wilderness trips to enable them to apply their new outdoor adventure skills!
