Find Your Zen State at Chi!

Imagine it’s a beautiful day at Camp Chi. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and you can feel a slight breeze in the air. Add to this beautiful scene – a state of Zen from our new Yoga Specialty!
Fitness does not always have to be high energy, like many of the other activities we have at camp. We are happy to introduce yoga to our athletics program and offer a different style of sports and fitness.
Melissa Hind, a new specialist from London, will be our yoga instructor this summer. Melissa will teach mind/body fitness, while helping campers become stronger and more flexible. Campers will learn different styles of yoga in various locations around camp. How does paddle boarding yoga sound? How about pool yoga? Maybe even yoga on a horse? Ok, maybe that last one was too far… but you’ll have to try it to find out!
We are so happy to announce this new addition to our already amazing list of over 50 activities for campers to choose from. Stay tuned for more announcements as we gear up for the summer. Namaste!
