May News from the Camp Chi Family!
We’ve had an odd spring to say the least. However, the Camp Chi Family continues to amaze us with accomplishments, celebrations, and reasons to rejoice. As we continue to keep the flame burning, we ask that you join us in wishing a hearty mazel tov to everyone named below in this month’s News from the Camp Chi Family. And if you have news to contribute, please submit it here.
We are so happy for Jen (Lane) Ryan, SIT of 2000, who welcomed Ethan Jacob on May 17. We can’t wait to meet him when it is safe to do so.
Spencer Sher is a very talented musician, as we have seen from his rhythm and percussion skills at camp. And Deerfield High School recognizes it too as he was awarded the Louis Armstrong award at their band and orchestra awards night. Mazel tov Spencer!
The Ometz Lev AZA chapter has a great Chi presence on their board as Zachary Kutnick was elected Godol and Jake Leyderman was elected Gizbor. Congrats to both of you!

Not quite ready for college, but surely a super smarty, our own Mike Majewski is heading to Lane Tech High School on a first round offer for the academic center for 7th/8th grade. Nice job Mike!
They say distance makes the heart grow fonder, but quarantine is doing the same as Sarah Garr got engaged to David Parker, and David Appelbaum got engaged to Jamie Greenstein. We are so happy for all of you and wish you nothing but happiness!
