PNW Bootcamp 2019
The snow has melted and things are looking pretty green. That means summer is coming up quickly and with it comes the adventure of a lifetime for many campers- the Pacific Northwest Adventure Trip, or PNW. The trip is like no other Chi experience; campers sleep in tents, hike miles a day, and cook most of their meals over a camp fire. While doing that, they’ll see incredible sights, bond with one another, and make memories that are unforgettable. But how do you get ready for such a trip?
You attend PNW Bootcamp!
Anyone who is already registered for PNW or considering signing up for the trip should attend this overnight where we will be learning how to use the equipment we use on PNW, including setting up and sleeping in tents, cooking, hiking, and more!
When: 2:30 pm May 4- 10:00am May 5
Where: Elaine Frank Apachi Day Camp (23280 N Old McHenry Rd, Lake Zurich)
Cost: $45/camper
PNW Bootcamp is totally optional, but it will give campers a leg up when they arrive for PNW, and will give them a chance to try out any new gear they may have for the trip.
Click here to register, which will take you to your CampInTouch account. Then click on Forms and Documents, and then on Additional Registrations. After you click the orange “Show Off Season Program Options,” you’ll be able to choose PNW Bootcamp. The $45 for PNW Bootcamp will be charged to the default credit card on file. Please call our office if you wish to pay with a different method.
