Chi’s Website Goes Accessible
We shared many times about our commitment to inclusion. How we create an inclusive environment and our partnership with Keshet are some of our biggest points of pride. Along with JCC Chicago, we believe inclusion is not a program, but an approach to community-building. Everyone benefits when we play, learn, celebrate, and grow together.
And we just took another big step in making the entire Chi experience inclusive. We focus a lot on the work we do at camp and in our forms, but not often on how people can learn about camp. Well that just changed as our website has a new widget that in the that allows the user to adjust everything from color, stop any movements/animation, highlight links and more. This is just one more way we are making Camp Chi and JCC Chicago a fully accessible and inclusive community, where people of all abilities can come to learn, play and grow like everyone else.
