Introducing the 2021 SIT Staff

Camp

The Chi phone rings a lot, so we tend to get a good number of questions. From packing to bussing, specialty offerings and more, campers and parents are never shy to ask us things. This year you would think the number one question would be about health, safety or even the 100th summer. But no- the most frequent question we get- who are the SIT staff going to be?

The counselors for the Staff In Training serve a huge purpose- they shape one of the most memorable and influential summers for the SITs. Acting as counselor, role model, friend and mentor, they help the SITs transition from camper to staff and hopefully then work alongside their SITs for years to come. The SIT class for the centennial summer is a sizable one and we have put together a great group of individuals who will create dynamic leadership training experience that will not only prepare the SITs to be future leaders at Camp Chi, but also to become role models and upstanders in the world.

So, without any further delay, we are thrilled to introduce to you the staff for the SITs of 2021!
