Let’s Get Cooking: Complete the Chi Cookbook

The power of food can really be amazing. For many, the past few months spent at home have been pretty mundane. When you are going to school at home, working at home, and not really leaving home, meals can become one of the most exciting parts of each day. Whether it is the company, conversation, or meals, the pandemic has forced us to slow down and enjoy meals together. We’ve even heard of multi-generational Zoom meals, often with a famous family recipe being shared and taught virtually.

In addition to enjoying meals together, this time at home has allowed many of us to try those recipes that we’ve have been meaning to make for years, or perfect that tried and true recipe. A few weeks ago, we asked everyone to send in recipes for a Camp Chi Cookbook. The response was great and the cookbook is really coming along (and many of the recipes have been demonstrated LIVE on our social media).

We’ll of course include the camp classics and we’ll be continuing to feature some recipes and demonstrations on our social media. But we need more. To make this a real Camp Chi Cookbook, we need to hear from YOU! What are you cooking or baking? How adventurous have your taste buds been? All you have to do fill out the form below and email jcccampchi@gmail.com a photo of what you made (preferably with you in the photo as well).
