May 2021 News from the Camp Chi Family
With the start of our Centennial Summer on the horizon, we are looking forward to celebrating with everyone, both at home and at camp. We cannot wait to finally get back to camp, jump in the cove, adventure through the rope courses, and celebrate Shabbat as a community again. Even though our eyes are looking ahead to what is going to be an unforgettable summer, we are taking a moment to look back at all the great news that has been coming from the Chi Family over the past month! And if you have news to contribute, please submit it here, so we can celebrate you as well!
Camp Chi is well represented in the world of CHUSY, with new 2021-2022 Regional Board Members including Ashley Gitles as the new Executive VP and Brooke Robbins as Communications VP. We know you’ll both do great!
We’re so proud of some recent B’nai Mitzvot in the Chi Family. We heard that Sam Greenspan, Nina Gardener, and Zoe Kirsh all did an amazing job. Mazal Tov to you all!
The Chi Family keeps growing, and we’re so happy for Jackie (Levin) & Rob Heinz on welcoming twins! We’re already looking forward to seeing Carolyn “Rilyn” Brie and Eleanor “Norah” Skye at camp one day! The photo above with big sister Addie made our hearts melt!
Deciding on a college is an exciting decision, and we’re loving how far and wide the Chi Family is spreading their talents!
