News from the Chi Family

The leaves may be changing, but the amazingness of our Chi family is not. With weddings, new endeavors to celebrate, engagements, babies, b’nai mitzvot and more, the October news is jam-packed with simchot, so let’s kick back and celebrate the Camp Chi Family with the October News.

Believe it or not, college acceptances are already coming in and we are so proud of Lindsay Bell on her acceptance to the University of Iowa.

Ian Ward has a rich Chi lineage at Bradley University’s AEPi, with Noah Dockman, James Franks, and Parker Weber. Congratulations Ian!

The sun may or may not come out tomorrow, but you can bet your bottom dollar that Deerfield Family Theatre’s production of Annie will be great. How can we be sure? Shaya Harris is part of the cast, that’s how!

Ethan Sternberg and his ultimate frisbee team won the New England sectionals. Nice job!

The wedding bells were ringing for Mark Nelson, who recently married Jessica. And speaking of weddings, Tia Hunt married Thomas in a beautiful ceremony. Wishing all of you a lifetime of happiness.

Korinne Griffith recently relocated to Topeka, Kansas as a state capital political reporter for KSNT News. Best of luck on this adventure Korinne!

The Camp Chi Family grew this past month as Ben Mieddlemas welcomed a son, Jack Thomas, while Megan McNally welcomed her second child, Noah James. Glad to hear everyone is doing well and we are loving the photos of these two cuties!

Hard work and studying certainly pay off- just ask the newest attorney, Sophie Gotlieb who just passed the Bar Exam. Congratulations Sophie!

Love must have been in the air recently as Anna Fiorentino got engaged to Adam and Jenny Silva got engaged to Pete. We hope the future is filled with nothing but love and happiness for all of you!

From SIT Staff to the health center? That may be the path for Abby Stone, who recently became a registered nurse. We are very proud of you Abby!

Shortly after getting home from camp, Dean Bird O’Rourke received his degree from Maynooth University. Congrats Dean!

Even with all the holidays recently we have had plenty of b’nai mitzvot in the Chi family! Mazel tov to Joey Shaffer, Eden Harris, Emet Shifrin, Jack Greenspan, Kylie Anders, Jared Golden, and Ricki Viner (pictured above with Eliana Levine, Shayna Rotyman, Alyssa Weiner, Sarah Belian, Kylie Anders, Gaby Schwalb, and Talia Bahar.)

Have news to share?  We want to hear all about it, so be sure to submit it  here.
Photos to go with your news can be sent to us at info@campchi.com.
