Welcome Jess to the Team!
We are excited to introduce our newest team member, Jessica Franz to the Camp Chi Family. Jess is our new Manager of Business Administration. In this role, she will coordinate and process all hiring for the Chi, serve as champion user in the set up and implementation in various databases, handle all invoice and expense tracking, and serve a liaison to our families in the registration and payment process.
Jess brings a vast experience in customer service, as she comes to us from her role at Wyndham Destinations in the Wisconsin Dells, where at the Guest Services Manager she oversaw a staff of 15 customer service staff and managed a front desk for three resort properties, onboarded and trained staff in the organization’s databases and served as Manager on Duty. Her extensive customer service background and long-standing relationships within the Wisconsin Dells community make her a welcome addition to the JCC family.
When not working, Jess can be found training, showing, riding, and enjoying horses- something she may help out with at camp someday. In fact, she is a coach for the Reedsburg Equestrian Team, president of the Badger Horse Association and a board member of the Juneau County Horse & Pony Project. In addition to horses, Jess and her husband also enjoy farming together. On the farm they have more than just the horses she loves so much. They also have dogs, cats, chickens, and cows.
